DURO-TUSS CHESTY COUGH LIQUID DOUBLE STRENGTH contains a double strength active ingredient to break down mucus and help clear stubborn chest congestion.
For stubborn heavy chesty coughs.
Strawberry
Per 5mL:
Bromhexine hydrochloride 8mg
Adults and children 12 years and over: 5mL three times a day (can be increased to 10mL three times a day for the first seven days) as
required.
Children 6-11 years (only on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist, or nurse practitioner): 5mL three times a day as required.
Do not use this medicine:
– In children under 6 years
– If seal is broken
– If past the expiry date
– Do not give to children aged between 6 and 11 years of age, except on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner
Also contains sodium benzoate, sucralose and sorbitol.
Caution: This medicine contains 7.5g sorbitol per 30mL (maximum recommended daily dose). Products containing sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
